MMO II – Straightening OperatorThe MMO II – Straightening Operator is responsible for straightening, flattening, and inspecting heat-treated steel components to ensure they meet required dimensional and quality specifications. This hands-on role supports production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.City and State: Crystal Lake, ILPay Rate: $19.50+/HourSchedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00 AM-8:00 AM (3rd Shift)Employment Type: Temp-to-HireResponsibilities:Operate hydraulic presses and straightening equipment to bring steel components within required tolerances.Read and follow work orders, process instructions, and production schedules.Perform visual inspections and measurements to verify product quality standards are met.Safely move materials and finished products using forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all PPE and safety requirements.Qualifications:Previous manufacturing, production, metal fabrication, or industrial experience preferred.Experience operating presses, straightening equipment, or heavy industrial machinery is a plus.Ability to use measuring devices and perform basic quality inspections.Forklift experience preferred.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Medical PlanDental PlanVision/Eyewear planIL Paid Leave Hours401kLife insurancePrescription drug reimbursementShort-term disabilityReferral bonuses
