Responsibilities and Duties
Educate seniors and pre-retirees on Medicare, life, and health insurance options
Assist Medicare beneficiaries with applications, enrollments, and plan changes
Conduct client interviews and needs assessments
Build long-term relationships through exceptional client service
Generate new business from company-provided marketing and lead systems
Stay current on Medicare and insurance regulations in Minnesota
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
Strong communication and people skills
Basic computer proficiency (email, Word, CRM systems)
Desire to help seniors and grow within your community
Insurance license
