Job description
Psych Health Associates seeks a Georgia-licensed LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist to deliver behavioral health services across post-acute facilities in Thomaston, GA. The clinician will travel to multiple facilities, perform rounds, and provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment while educating patients and staff.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the Psychology Division, maintaining regulatory documentation, and developing individualized care plans.
