Job description
CBRE is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to support facilities in the Elmira, NY area, traveling frequently to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. You will review work orders, plan preventive maintenance, ensure code compliance, and uphold CBRE's safety standards while delivering reliable, cost-effective facility operations.
A high school diploma, four years' experience, EPA license, and a valid driver's license are required; CMMS and Microsoft Office
