Job description
CBRE is hiring a Mobile Commercial HVAC Engineer to support multiple commercial sites with expert care and fast fixes in California. The role includes preventive maintenance, urgent repairs, and documenting work in a CMMS.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of commercial HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. EPA Universal is preferred, and training on CBRE safety standards will be provided.
