Job Description

Schedule: Dayshift, Full-Time 0.9 FTE

Location: Community-based, serving Lewis & Clark, Jefferson, and Broadwater Counties

About the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT)

St. Peter's Health is growing and evolving our Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT). As we re-envision and expand our crisis response model, we're building a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to meeting people where they are and transforming how our community responds to behavioral health needs.

We're looking for compassionate, motivated therapists to join our team in a full-time Mobile Crisis Responder role. Whether you bring direct crisis experience or are eager to grow into this work, we welcome applicants who are excited to learn-our team is committed to mentorship, support, and helping you build confidence in crisis care.

MCRT responders work in collaborative pairs-one therapist and one allied professional (such as a Peer Support Specialist or Community Health Worker)-partnering together to provide thoughtful, person-centered care in the community. This team-based approach creates a supportive work environment while delivering more comprehensive care to those we serve.

If you're energized by meaningful work, value collaboration, and want to be part of a program that is actively growing, changing, and making a real impact-we'd love for you to join us.

The Mobile Crisis Response Team provides 24/7, community-based , in-person behavioral health crisis response across homes, public spaces, schools, shelters, healthcare settings, and other community locations. MCRT pairs a licensed clinician or licensure-candidate clinician with an allied responder to deliver trauma-informed crisis intervention, safety assessment, stabilization, and rapid connection to ongoing supports.
