Job description
The University of Rochester in Brighton, NY seeks a Mobile Crisis Team professional to support complex patients in psychiatric crisis across Monroe County. You will conduct interviews, assess needs, and facilitate referrals to community resources.
You will collaborate with Crisis Therapists, family members, and social service agencies to ensure a safe, person-centered care plan and continuity of care within the community.
