Job description
Yumi Health builds clinical software for skilled nursing teams. The product brings resident records, clinical and administrative workflows, and AI-assisted tools into one workspace.
Role Description
Build mobile experiences that support real clinical work in the field, including mobile client architecture, offline-aware behavior, and tight integrations with backend systems.
Compensation
Base salary: $160,000 - $300,000 depending on experience and level.
Annual performance bonus: 8% - 20% of base.
Equity: meaningful equity grant on a standard vesting schedule.
Benefits: health insurance, 401(k), visa and green-card sponsorship.
Qualifications
Strong experience building and shipping mobile applications on iOS, Android, or both.
Comfortable designing mobile client architecture, networking, and performance-sensitive UI.
Able to work closely with backend systems and design APIs that support strong mobile workflows.
Good instincts around latency, offline behavior, sync, and mobile reliability.
Preferred
Experience with Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, or similar stacks.
Familiarity with push notifications, background processing, or device permissions.
Experience building apps used in healthcare or field operations.
