nWhat You'll Be Doing
nnnDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile equipment to maximize operational uptime.
n
nnPerform preventive maintenance on loaders, haul trucks, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
n
nnInspect equipment and identify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and safety concerns.
n
nnMaintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs effectively.
n
nnSupport safe, reliable plant operations through quality workmanship and teamwork.
n
n nWhat Are We Looking For
nnnDemonstrated capability to diagnose and repair heavy mobile equipment systems.
n
nnStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment.
n
nnCommitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
n
nnAbility to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
n
nnEffective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
n
n nConditions of Employment
nnnSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
n
nnSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
n
n nWork Environment
nnRole operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
