Job description
Molina Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide screening, preventive and primary care services across home health, community, and facility settings. You will perform visits, coordinate care, and drive outcomes in a flexible, traveling role.
Required are an active FNP, DEA, BLS, and national certification. Strong communication and remote coordination with physicians will be essential to manage diverse patient populations and drive quality outcomes.
