We back our work with a flawless safety record, $3M liability insurance, and true 24/7 availability.What you will leadOwn day-to-day service operations, from scheduling and workflow management to hitting productivity goalsCoach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field and shop techniciansDrive repair order accuracy and throughput—on-time completion and precise documentationResolve customer escalations and set expectations with proactive, consistent communicationPartner with parts, sales, and operations to deliver fast, efficient service in the fieldChampion safety and compliance—DOT, OSHA, and company policies—every job, every timeTrack performance metrics and implement continuous process improvementsSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for service personnelOversee inventory and ensure tools and equipment are maintained, calibrated, and mission-readyWhat you bringBackground as a Service Manager, Shop Manager, or similar leader in diesel, mechanical, automotive, or fleet serviceProven leadership, team-building, and communication strengthsSharp organizational skills and a problem-solving mindsetComfort with service management platforms; Fullbay experience strongly preferredHands-on understanding of diesel, mechanical, or automotive systemsValid driver's license; must pass pre-employment background and drug screeningPreferred extrasProficiency with basic computer systems and productivity toolsExperience optimizing technician schedules and workflow with shop softwareWorking knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety regulationsSuccess in a mobile or field service operationBenefitsHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanLife and Disability InsurancePaid Time Off, Sick Leave, and HolidaysWhy join Transwest MobileMake a measurable impact with an elite team and the stability of a company known for safety and reliability.
