Job description
Wells Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care NP to deliver comprehensive medical management to residents in Assisted Living Programs across the Utica/Rome area. You’ll bring the doctor’s office to the resident, managing a dedicated panel across multiple sites and focusing on treating in place to reduce ER transfers and improve geriatric quality of life.
