Job description
AllCare.ai is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) who already owns a clinic to provide in-facility care to seniors in assisted living communities across the Inland Empire, CA. The role is mobile, visiting facilities with clustered routes and starts at 1 day per week (Mon–Thu), with potential to expand as patient panel grows.
