Job description
Brigade Health's Lykos Medical division seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home primary care to seniors in Colorado. You will manage your own patient panel with autonomy, while supported by a collaborative clinical and operational team.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in geriatrics or primary care, possess an unrestricted NP/PA license, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, relationship-building, and entrepreneurial mindset to expand community access to care.
