Job description
FLASH Exchange in West Palm Beach seeks a Harm Reduction Specialist to support daily mobile unit operations and participant engagement. Responsibilities include data reporting, referrals, and linkage to care, with an emphasis on compassionate, nonjudgmental outreach outdoors.
The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs. Preferred is lived experience with substance use and HIPAA awareness.
