Job description
ConnectedHealth is seeking a Local Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans in Branson, Missouri.
This 13-week contract offers competitive weekly compensation up to $2,700 and requires a Missouri PT license with strong OASIS experience and case management.
You will travel to home settings, document outcomes in Matrix EMR, and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve mobility and independence.
