Job description
Suru Network is seeking mobile outpatient PT/OT clinicians to deliver in-home therapy in California, under a 1099 independent contractor model. Clinicians can earn supplemental income by accepting flexible, home-based caseloads and leveraging Suru’s referral flow.
Onboarding requires an active California license and a local business presence. Clinicians manage visits through Suru’s app, receiving assignments that fit their availability, with billing handled by Suru.
