Job description

Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Engineer

Location: Olympia, WA

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

Travel between multiple facilities, ensuring proper function and compliance with standards.

Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.

Monitor and record equipment performance, making necessary adjustments for efficiency.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.

EPA 608 Type II Certification.

Valid driver's license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
