Job description
Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver outpatient rehabilitation in home and community settings, serving older adults across various environments. You will evaluate needs, develop tailored therapy plans, and coordinate care with the rehab team. A flexible schedule enables work across patients' homes and living facilities.
Eligibility requires a PT license, a Master's degree (or equivalent), and a willingness to travel. A $5,000 bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits.
