ZEN IV Spa is a mobile IV hydration and wellness company providing premium concierge treatments to clients in homes, hotels, offices, private events, and wellness settings across New Jersey. We are looking for experienced, professional Registered Nurses who are confident with IV starts and want flexible per-diem work with strong earning potential.
Role Description
This is a flexible per-diem Mobile IV Infusion Registered Nurse role. The RN will travel to client locations to provide IV hydration and wellness treatments under provider-approved orders and protocols. Responsibilities include client intake, vital signs, IV placement, treatment monitoring, documentation, and delivering a safe, clean, and professional client experience.
This role is ideal for nurses looking for additional income, flexible scheduling, evening/weekend opportunities, private event work, and concierge wellness experience outside of a traditional hospital setting.
Responsibilities
Travel to client homes, hotels, offices, private events, and wellness locations for mobile IV appointments
Perform client intake, review health history, and obtain vital signs
Start peripheral IVs and administer IV hydration/wellness treatments under approved orders and protocols
Monitor clients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to any concerns
Complete accurate documentation after each appointment
Maintain clean, safe, and professional treatment standards
Communicate clearly with the clinical/provider team and operations team
Provide a high-end, friendly, and professional client experience
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
Strong peripheral IV insertion skills required
BLS certification required
ER, ICU, med-surg, urgent care, infusion, PACU, home care, or medspa experience preferred
Reliable transportation required
Comfortable working independently in client homes, hotels, offices, private events, and wellness settings
Professional, dependable, punctual, and well-spoken
Evening and weekend availability is a plus

Service Areas
Mobile appointments and events available statewide across New Jersey, with primary focus on the state's major population centers and affluent communities. Core coverage includes Hoboken, Jersey City, and the surrounding Hudson County waterfront; the Bergen County corridor (Hackensack, Paramus, Ridgewood, Englewood, Fort Lee, and Alpine); Newark and the greater Essex County area (Montclair, Millburn–Short Hills, and the Oranges); and the Morris County hubs of Morristown and Parsippany. Additional coverage spans the Summit–Westfield area in Union County, the Princeton and greater Mercer County market, the Edison–New Brunswick corridor in Middlesex County, and the affluent Jersey Shore communities of Monmouth County, including Red Bank, Rumson, and the surrounding towns. Service extends throughout the rest of New Jersey as well, including Central and South Jersey, with appointments available in all counties statewide. Applicants may choose the areas they are available to cover.
