Our client, a leader in institutional and commercial facility management, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple community facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong safety mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

nJob Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3

nLocation: Montpelier, ID

nPay Range: $27 to $30/hr

nWhat's the Job?

nnnPerform minor plumbing repairs including leak resolution, fixture maintenance, and clearing clogs to ensure proper water system functionality

n

nnConduct electrical repairs such as replacing switches, outlets, and receptacles, and maintain lighting systems by replacing bulbs, ballasts, and fixtures

n

nnComplete carpentry tasks including door adjustments, hardware installation, cabinetry repairs, wall patching, and painting interior and exterior surfaces

n

nnExecute basic HVAC troubleshooting activities including thermostat adjustments, filter replacements, and resolving simple temperature or airflow issues as directed

n

nnProcess and complete work orders through the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) while meeting established service level agreements and response time requirements

n

n nWhat's Needed?

nnnHigh school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by client scope or local jurisdiction

n

nnMinimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities

n

nnValid driver's license with safe driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely in various conditions

n

nnWorking knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems with HVAC knowledge as required by client scope

n

nnDemonstrated ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

n
