The Boat House of Naples Service Department is looking for an experienced Mobile Marine technician to join the team!
nAll Candidates are REQUIRED to have previous Marine Engines & Boat Repair Experience in a marine dealership environment. We offer better than competitive package with the potential to earn as 60-80K for certified technicians.

nWhat we are looking for in a candidate:
nnConduct routine maintenance and repair services on marine engines, propulsion systems, and related components.
nDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of marine vessels.
nPerform installations, upgrades, and modifications to enhance the performance of marine systems.
nCollaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
nMaintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used and work performed.
nProvide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
nProven experience as a Marine Technician with expertise in marine engine systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
nStrong knowledge of various marine vessels, including boats, yachts, and other watercraft.
nAbility to work independently and efficiently in diverse environments.
nExcellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
nStrong communication and customer service skills.
nWillingness to travel to different locations for on-site services.
nValid driver's license and a clean driving record.
