Job description
Avail Health Medical Practice is seeking a Mobile Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered care to I-SNP members in skilled nursing facilities. This part-time, W-2 role spans two days per week with flexible weekend availability and remote work options supported by a HIPAA-compliant workspace.
Ideal candidates hold MSN or DNP, active WV NP license, and NP certification (FNP/AGNP) with 1–3 years in geriatrics or long-term care. Travel within Keyser, WV region is required.
