Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Venus, TX. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work outside traditional clinics, meeting patients in their homes for comprehensive health assessments.
Qualified NPs will have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, active TX NP license, board certification, and current BLS.
