Job description
Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Topeka, KS region on a part-time, pay-per-visit basis. You will perform exams, create care plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate with our physician and in-home team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Kansas board certification and KS NP/PA license are required; hospice experience is a plus.
