Job description
Ennoble Care in Purcell/Norman, OK is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients on a full-time basis. You will work under a physician, assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and caregivers in the region.
The role requires Oklahoma NP/PA certification, 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients, and strong clinical and communication skills.
