Job description
Make a meaningful impact by bringing high-quality, patient-centered care directly to patients where they live. As a Mobile Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care to medically complex patients in their homes and through virtual visits throughout the San Fernando Valley and the Antelope Valley.

Compensation & Benefits:
$120,000-$178,000 base salary + performance bonus

Qualifications:
MSN from an accredited program and current NP certification
At least 1 year of NP or equivalent advanced practice experience
Active, unrestricted California RN and NP licenses
Ability to travel throughout assigned area
