Job description
Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults across Vernon, Manchester, Coventry, East Hartford, and surrounding CT areas. The role offers a flexible schedule with travel to patient homes in ALF/ILF and community settings.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in OT (ACOTE-accredited), NBCOT registration, and an active OT license, plus reliable transportation.
