Job description
Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient services focusing on older adults. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients in their homes or in independent living facilities, aiming to restore function and enhance independence.
A flexible schedule and travel within designated areas are expected. Qualified candidates hold a valid PT license, a Master’s degree, and have experience in outpatient rehabilitation.
