Mobile Patrol Security Officers - UnarmedTitle: Mobile Patrol Security Officers - UnarmedWork Location: Gaithersburg-Rockville, MDDepartment: OperationsSalary Range: $18.50/hrJob SummaryWe are seeking a professional Security Officer to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment. You will protect our premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times.ResponsibilitiesConduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout assigned residential communities.Monitor common areas, parking lots, clubhouses, and recreational facilities.Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and violations of community rules.Respond to resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service.Complete detailed incident, activity, and patrol reports using a smartphone-based reporting system.Perform lock-and-unlock procedures as required.Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position is preferredValid license as a security officerMust be at least 25 years of ageHigh school diploma/GEDStrong understanding of public safety and security proceduresExcellent written communication skills and report writing abilityAbility to operate surveillance equipmentHigh level of integrity and professionalismAttention to detail and strong observational skillsAbility to work without direct supervisionAvailable ShiftsMonday – FridaySaturday & SundayFull-Time and Part-Time Opportunities AvailableEvening after 6 PM (ET)Join a team that values professionalism, integrity, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
