Job Description
Job Title: Mobile Performance Engineer
Employment: Fulltime only
Job Description
Hands on experience of LR, VSTS etc
Continuous Integration experience with Jenkins or hudson etc
Mobile Performance experience with tools such as SeeTest, soasta, keynote etc
Mobile performance metrics such as device side profiling including device side cpu analysis, memory leaks, battery drain etc
Server side monitoring experience with tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk and perfmon etc
Successfully able to find Memory leaks in the system,
X Code and android studio knowledge is plus.
Mobile based technology with mobile web and native app testing, tuning experience.
Develop unit test scripts to facilitate the collection of basic performance data: log parsing, synthetic transaction testing, etc
Analyze and identify areas in system or process for performance improvement.
Gather and analyze current system performance metrics to predict performance/capacity impacts.
Evaluate and research emerging performance tuning and monitoring processes and technologies.
System Performance and Benchmarking
Experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting
Infrastructure and server metrics: CPU/memory utilization, load average, i/o utilization, swapping, network utilization, etc
Performance metrics: GC collection time, heap utilization, java thread and heap analysis, etc
