Our mobile team is how care gets home.Are you a skilled phlebotomist who enjoys working independently and providing exceptional patient care? We're seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout Rockford — visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most.• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Rockford, IL• Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners• Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility personnel• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21+• Excellent customer service and communication skills• The self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule• Competitive pay and mileage reimbursement• Flexible scheduling and an independent work environment• The stability of the nation's largest long-term-care laboratory• Purpose in every visit — you are how care reaches patients who can't come to us
