Job description
JTC Home Health Inc. in Temecula, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our home health team, helping patients regain mobility and manage pain in their own homes.
You will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs, educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety, and tailor treatments to each patient's environment to promote faster recovery.
Typical schedule offers an 8-hour shift with flexible hours; on-the-road work serving Temecula, Murrieta and Menifee communities.
