Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Loveland, CO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients at home, using modalities to improve mobility and independence.
You will work under the Branch Director's supervision within our specialty programs and collaborate with family and care team to implement the plan of care.
Must maintain licensure, drive safely, and contribute to a compassionate, results-focused home health team.
