Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Broadly/Griffin, Georgia on a PRN basis. You will apply medical principles under physician supervision and care for a diverse chronic-disease patient panel.
Responsibilities include examinations, care planning, and collaboration with the in-house clinical team to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
