Mobile Program SpecialistIn order to reach youth who are currently unable to access a Club, the Mobile Clubhouse Experience brings the Club and its services where they are needed most. The mission of the Mobile Clubhouse Experience is simple: Every kid eats. Every kid Learns. Every kid Thrives. The full-time Mobile Program Specialist is responsible for mobile programming, youth program quality, mobile operations, administrative compliance, and safety.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Mobile Programming:Accountable for providing age appropriate services and activities to meet youth needsAccountable for creating a college and workforce cultureAccountable for creating atmosphere of academic successAccountable for creating atmosphere of health and fitnessYouth Program Quality:Accountable for fidelity of curriculumAccountable for quality programming and activitiesAccountable for implementing YPQ techniquesMobile Operations:Accountable for implementing mobile operations strategiesAccountable for performance and achieving goalsAccountable for accurate and timely documentation and reportingAccountable for pickup and delivery of mobile vehicles including but limited to van, bus, RV, and truckAccountable for mobile program set up including but not limited to generators, awning, and program supplies/activitiesAccountable for scouting driving route and parkingAdministrative Compliance:Complete all required reports and administrative duties on time.Collect and manage required data and internal and external reporting. Ensure accuracy of data and reporting. Ensure the effective completion of all assessment and measurement activities of programsAccountable for accurate and timely collection and review of membership applicationComply with all administrative policies and procedures, processes and controlsAccountable for accurate and timely paperwork, reports, and data entryAccountable for utilizing all BGCGTC communication tools regularly and effectivelyRequirementsEducation and Work Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferredMust have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with youthExperience with mobile operations and/or programming preferredMinimum Qualifications:Ability to work regular program hours with periodic evenings, nights and weekendsAbility to be a positive role modelAbility to establish rapport and build relationshipsAbility to set expectations and boundariesAbility to relate to at-risk youthAbility to facilitate, teach, or instructAbility to create programs and activities based on needEfficient with computers and Microsoft Office; Knowledge of technology and software such as iPads, tablets, computers, and the internetMust be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certificationMust be able to pass any and all required background screens and drug screens at any timePosition requires driving a personal vehicle and a company vehicle. Candidate must have a satisfactory driving record, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance for operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties and to be covered under company insurance.
