Job description
MarketSource seeks a Recall Repair Specialist to travel within designated areas, meeting vehicle owners in person to educate them on recalls and obtain authorization for repairs. You will perform intermediate repairs on-site with training provided and maintain high levels of customer trust at every visit.
Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, 1–3+ years in customer service/sales, and light mechanical/tool knowledge. Weekend work and some travel are expected.
