Job description
Unifi Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Field Nurse to deliver patient-centered care in home settings under an individualized service plan. You will promote independence, safety and quality of life for clients and families.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, vital signs, medication administration, care plan collaboration and documentation. You will travel to client homes and support with light housekeeping and errands.
