nnSet schedule: Full-time, Saturday - Wednesday, 12:00AM - 8:00AM

nnCompetitive hourly wage of $17.23/Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

n nResponsibilities of Mobile Security Guard - Overnight:
nnnEnsure that GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into and throughout all business practices.
n
nnSupervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the highest standards – capable of representing GardaWorld as the premier provider of security services in the industry.
n
nnAssist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
n
nnEnsure that operational logs, records and post orders are maintained appropriately.
n
nnDevelop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff.
n
nnAssist in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account.
n
nnMaintain goal of zero safety incidents, while at the same time managing a robust safety culture and a robust safety program that is appropriate to the operating environments.
n
nnRegularly review security officer schedules and staffing levels to identify opportunities for improvement of security operations, decreased risk, and reduced cost where possible.
n
nnBe ready to respond to any operational emergency and insure timely response, timely and efficient communications and accurate reporting.
n
nnImmediate responsibility to direct, supervise, and support site officers.
n
nnRecommend, nominate, and distribute rewards and recognition.
n
nnResponsible for corrective action and discipline of subordinate officers (up to formal warnings) and recommending and participating in other disciplinary decisions up to and including termination.
n
nnSupervise & manage employees at your assigned job site.
n
nnMaintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client at the assigned site.
n
nnExercise independent judgement and sound decision making in performing all duties.
n
nnAdditional duties as assigned.
n
n nQualifications of Tactical Security Guard
nnnAbility to drive a vehicle
n
nnAdvanced phone skills
n
nnAdvanced customer service skills
n
nnAdvanced computer literacy
n
nnAble to climb stairs.
n
nnAt least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
n
nnPrior supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, corrections, or related fields is preferred
n
