This role acts as the communication hub between customers, technicians, advisors, and management to ensure mobile service appointments run efficiently and professionally.You will help customers receive convenient service at their home or workplace while supporting Ford’s growing focus on customer experience and mobile repair solutions.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate mobile service appointmentsCommunicate with customers regarding appointment times, repair status, and vehicle concernsDispatch mobile service technicians efficiently throughout the dayCoordinate parts availability prior to appointmentsWork closely with the service department to prioritize repairs and workflowMonitor route efficiency and technician productivityMaintain accurate customer and repair recordsAssist with warranty documentation and repair order managementFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and positive experiencesHelp grow the Mobile Service Department through outstanding customer careQualificationsAutomotive dealership or service experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesComfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and dealership softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentPositive attitude and professional appearanceFord experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive payFull-time positionPaid trainingCareer advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environmentGrowing department with long-term opportunityEmployee discountsHealth, dental, and vision benefits availablePaid vacationAt McGraw Ford, we are building a modern dealership experience centered around people, process, and customer convenience.
