Everyone matters here, and this company matters to all of us.Coordinate daily mobile service work and serve as second in command to the Mobile Service Supervisor. This role combines customer service, dispatch, repair order control, field support, and team leadership. The coordinator must be ready to lead daily operations when the Supervisor is out.Systems & ProcessesCustomer & Technician SupportRepair Orders & InvoicingBackup LMASafetySchedule mobile technicians based on safety, urgency, location, skill, parts, and customer needs.Serve as a main contact for customers from the first call through repair completion and invoicing.Monitor routes, job progress, technician needs, and schedule changes throughout the day.Use industry and mechanical knowledge to ask the right questions, support basic troubleshooting, and help prepare accurate work scopes and quotes.Create, review, and close repair orders. Confirm labor, parts, notes, inspections, PMs, DOT forms, warranty details, and approvals are complete and accurate.Coordinate with Parts, Service, Warranty, Sales, and customers to increase throughput.Review completed work before billing and help prevent missed charges and rework.Support safe work practices, quality checks, customer follow-up, and continuous improvement.Help coach technicians on communication, paperwork, time use, and company standards. Raise concerns to the Supervisor when needed.Lead the daily mobile service operation when the Supervisor is out. Make routine operating decisions, assign work, handle customer or technician issues, and provide a clear handoff when the Supervisor returns.Learn the Supervisor's key duties, measures, meeting routines, and financial drivers. Be prepared to take on more leadership responsibility as the team grows.Live our Faith, Service, and Family values and follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Perform other duties as needed.Working knowledge of heavy-duty trailers, mobile repair, or dealership service operations.Mechanical background with the ability to understand repair needs, technician notes, parts, and basic diagnostics.Experience with dispatch, service advising, repair orders, quotes, billing, Karmak Fusion DMS experience is a plus.Able to lead daily work, make sound decisions, stay calm under pressure, and hold others accountable.Strong customer service, communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through.Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and service systems while managing several priorities.Education - High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of related experience/training preferredNoise levels are moderate to high at times.Work is performed in an office, shop, and outdoor mobile service setting.
