Level 4 Mobile Technician
The Level 4 Mobile Technician is highly skilled in diagnostics and repair of complex systems. This role serves as a key technical resource within the shop, handling advanced repairs while supporting team development and shop productivity. Senior-level position – Generally has more than six years of experience and/or demonstrated job relevant knowledge/skills. A level three technician has a broad knowledge of the field's standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of standard, complex, and technical tasks; is self-starting and requires minimal supervision. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
