Job description
Healthcare in Action seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver direct care to people experiencing homelessness through street medicine, in encampments, shelters, and on-site clinics.
You will conduct exams, develop care plans with peers, and coordinate with physicians and social workers to improve chronic disease management. A CA NP license and First Aid/CPR/AED are required, with strong field experience preferred.
