Job description
St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester, a division of SJMC, is seeking an experienced Family Therapist for the ACT Program in Harrison, NY. The Wellness Specialist develops individualized wellness plans with clients and their families, using the Wellness Self-Management model.
The position emphasizes coordinated care with a mobile, multidisciplinary team and a recovery-oriented approach to treatment. NYS licensure and outpatient experience required.
