Home Health Care, Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Mobile Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (AGNP/CNP) based in Minnesota. This role offers a total compensation of $120,000 to $160,000+, including mileage reimbursement and a full benefits package.
You will provide advanced wound care assessments and collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care in various living facilities. An active Nurse Practitioner license in Minnesota is required.
