Job description
NIVA Health is hiring new graduate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a mobile wound care role. You will begin with comprehensive training and mentorship, delivering wound care in patients' homes or facilities while developing advanced wound care skills.
You will work with experienced clinicians to craft treatment plans, improve documentation, and coordinate care, supported by a structured onboarding and clear growth path.
