Job description
Personic Health is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to deliver in-home wound care to patients in homes and long‑term care facilities. This mobile role requires you to travel with your own transportation and to complete training paid by the company, with access to modern wound care equipment and EMR documentation.
Ideal candidates hold RN/LPN licensure for the state, demonstrate wound care proficiency, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel daily to patient sites.
