Job description
Personic Health in Fayetteville, GA is seeking an RN/LPN to join our in-home wound care team. This mobile role requires you to travel to patients' homes and long-term care facilities, with training provided and paid for by us.
You will perform wound care tasks under clinical supervision, use our EMR system, and support infection control and patient safety. A valid RN or LPN license in Georgia is required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
