Job description
Personic Health is seeking a mobile Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide in-home wound care across Montgomery, AL. This full-time, on-site role requires reliable transportation and daily travel to patients’ homes and facilities. Training is provided and paid for.
Responsibilities include wound assessments, Ultramist therapy facilitation, and coordination with the wound care team under clinical supervision. EMR experience and Alabama licensure are required.
