Job description
Personic Health is seeking an RN/LPN to serve as a Wound Care Nurse on the road, covering Chicago, IL. The role requires independent travel to patients’ homes and long-term care facilities with full-time on-site support from our wound care team.
You will perform ABI assessments, wound care, and ultrasound therapy while adhering to clinical protocols. Training is provided and paid for, with opportunities for ongoing professional growth within a physician-led in-home care organization.
